  • Do you do deliveries?
    We do deliveries within Nairobi and its environs from 10:00 Am to 5:00 Pm from Monday to Saturday. (Except on Sundays & Holidays)
  • Do you do deliveries outside Nairobi?
    You will bear the delivery fee on the parcel if it is to be delivered outside Nairobi County.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Currently, we do not offer International Shipping. We only ship within Nairobi and Countrywide.
  • What do I do if I never receive my order?
    We always strive to ensure we serve each customer’s orders we receive. However, if you have not received your order, kindly contact us on +254 706522800 and enquire.
  • How can I place my order?
    Visit our website Search for the desired products and add them to the cart. Click on view cart. Once the page opens click on ‘’ Proceed to checkout ‘’ after confirming the products you added to the cart. Fill in all the necessary details that have been requested on the page and then click on place order and PAY. Our shop will receive your order and commence processing for dispatch.
  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
    We accept Lipa Na M-Pesa - BUY GOODS Till NO.5145353, We also accept credit cards such as Visa and Master Card through DPO Payment Gateway.
